Ihedioha Chimnomso Elsie is a PhD candidate at the Faculty of Law, Shanghai Jiao Tong University, China. She holds an LLB from Nnamdi Azikiwe University, Nigeria, and an LLM in International Law from Xiamen University, China. Her research focuses on the ethical, legal, and societal implications of novel and emerging technologies. Chimnomso has also served as a counsel in the Department of Legal Drafting at the Ministry of Justice in Nigeria.
